Edilab Studio wants everyone — including people with disabilities — to be able to use our website and the Edilab app, and to get in touch with us easily.

1. Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance and most accessibility laws, on edilabstudio.com and in the Edilab app.

2. What we do

Every page has a clear structure: one main heading, logical headings and labelled page regions.
Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip” path through menus and dialogs.
Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
Form fields have labels, required fields are announced, and errors are explained in words.
Animations respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and videos on our site are silent and decorative.
Touch targets are large enough to tap comfortably on phones.

3. How we test

We check every page template on desktop and phone with automated accessibility testing (axe-core and Lighthouse) and fix what it finds, and we review new pages and features for keyboard use and contrast before they launch.

4. Known limitations

Case studies include screenshots and photos of other companies’ websites and brands. We describe them in text, but the images themselves may contain text we cannot make selectable.
Documents and files that clients share in the Edilab app (for example PDFs or design files) come from many sources and may not all be fully accessible.
Websites we link to are not under our control.

We are working to improve these, and we are happy to provide any information in another format.
